The photographs in "Lands of Battle, Images of Peace", along with historical images from the Museum and Memorial's collection, examine the relationship between art and history as well as the tension between military tactics and the terrain on which they are fought. This online exhibition joins an ever-growing array of digital exhibitions created by the Museum and Memorial and introduces a new audience to the artistic work of photographer Michael St. Maur Sheil.
