How to access the Museum and Memorial (10 a.m.-5 p.m.)
Parking for Wednesday-Thursday, Oct. 1-2
Parking for Friday-Saturday, Oct. 3-4
How to access the Museum and Memorial (10 a.m.-5 p.m.):
Many streets and footpaths will be closed or have restricted access.
To access the Museum and Memorial grounds from downtown Kansas City:
- Take the designated footpath from Union Station via Kessler Road.
- This is a walk up a slight incline that will take approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.
- From Oct. 2-4, a Golf Cart relay will occur at the corner of Pershing and Kessler.
- Please note that the Golf Cart relay has limited spots and will give priority to visitors to the Museum and Memorial needing ADA access.
- This relay will operate on a loop with 10-15 minutes between each departure.
- Visitors will arrive at the West Visitor Lot approximately 500 ft from the building entrance (step-free).
