Posted: May 5, 2017

On Wednesday, May 3, donors and volunteers signed the first steel beam to be placed in the new Wylie Gallery at the National World War I Museum and Memorial.

With 4,000 square feet of space, the Wylie gallery will have the capacity to showcase traveling exhibitions from partnering museums around the world, and to further present the wealth of artifacts currently held in the Museum's collection.

The Wylie Gallery is currently slated to open Spring 2018.
