KC Arts: Remembering the Great War

Area Organizations Offer World War I Related Programs

As the nation's official Great War museum, the National World War I Museum is the center for centennial commemoration activities in the U.S. In addition to the host of public programs, exhibitions, lectures and events in conjunction with the centennial at the Museum, several organizations in the greater Kansas City area are offering World War I-related programming as the world marks the anniversary of the Great War.

KC Arts: Remembering the Great War is a collaboration between arts-related organizations in the area to remember and commemorate World War I through a series of programs and offerings. The Museum will maintain a calendar of events from the participating organizations featuring programs and events designed to commemorate the Great War.
