Steps to Book an Event
1. Reserve Your Date Please contact Morgan Trosper at 816-784-1910 or
mtrosper@theworldwar.org. We can place a hold on a date for a maximum of three weeks.*
2. Schedule a Site Visit
Please call us at 816-784-1910 or e-mail
mtrosper@theworldwar.org and make an appointment to see the facility and to discuss the event details.
3. Submit a DepositIn order to confirm your date, you must remit a $300 nonrefundable deposit (not required for events in the classroom or conference room). You can pay by check or credit card.
*If the date you are holding is requested by another organization, we will ask that you confirm your date with a deposit within three business days or the date will be released to the next client.
