Scheduling your Group

The Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance and must be made at least one week in advance of the arrival date. If you do not make reservations, we will not be able to guarantee the group rate or a guide to introduce your group to the Museum. Please contact us as soon as possible to determine if the desired day and time is available. Group admissions are scheduled throughout the day, so please be prepared to provide several options of times that would work for your group tour.

Guided Tours

The Museum is designed to be a self-guided experience; however, we do offer a limited number of guided tours for groups. They are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and require at least one week of advance notice.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us as soon as possible to cancel an existing reservation.

Payment

Payment can be made in advance or on the day of the visit. We accept credit cards, company checks and cash. The Museum does not provide direct billing or receive purchase orders for payment. Deposits are not required. We prefer groups to pay for admission with one credit card or check.

Upon Arrival

After payment has been made by the group leader, tickets/wristbands will be provided. If a tour guide was requested, the tour will begin on the glass bridge at the entrance to the Museum.

Parking

Buses may unload at the top of the u-shaped drive and park near the end of the u-shaped drive or on Kessler Road. There are parking lots on the south side of the Memorial for car parking. The main entrance is down the short walkway and through the bronze doors, and ticketing is to your left after you enter. Click here for a map for bus parking.
